FEMTO did but they don't anymore because it was too much of a PITA apparently.

BimmerTech sells a kit but you have to sacrifice a key fob for it.

Ah I see. I would love a mild tune that incorporates this and Start/Stop memory since I lost it in latest recall update. Hopefully some tuners will work on this as I can see a ton of interest in this!
