What does your Latino heritage have anything do with it… that’s ridiculous. The concern I would assume is that at that low of mileage the car needs to broken in gently not manhandled. Maybe it’s my (insert race here) heritage but rude is rude, and spending 50+k on an item and have someone treat it anyway other then with respect is worthy of frustration and anger. So yes you prolly are the only one, or at least one of very few that that wouldn’t bother.

still not feeling angry about it. I guess put a 1 star review on yelp. Not sure what else can you legally pursue there.

I picked mine up from the dealer Watched them prep the car and drive the 500 ft to top it off. when I got in it had 5 miles on the clock. the only way you will get anything out of this is from the paperwork. If when delivered you singed and accepted without annotation of the discrepancy you are probably SOL. I'm Not a lawyer but I pretend to be one in the latrine. Do like Elsa "Let it Go" I use to be wrapped tight and would have hunted the guy down and put two to the chest and 1 to the dome. As I age (60+) I realize all that just made me feel miserable. How about you just ask the guy for a picture of the odometer when he picked it up? He probably has it, just have to ask.

In all likelihood, the dealership probably had some people test drive the car before it was sold to you. 50 miles is nothing, I think you should just enjoy this car for what it is....a damn Toyota that's not worth much money

I bought my Supra with 1200 miles on it. I've beat the ever living crap out of it over 60 track days with more than 2x the power and it's (knock on wood) been a trooper.

I get that you are bummed of the miles. I really do, but the car is fine. I guarantee whatever they did on the street is no comparison to track driving.
