Had to replace my mirror caps because the passenger cap and a-pillar garnish seem to have been damaged by something that splattered on them - brake fluid? Who could have done that????? ? Definitely something I would do, so could have been me.

When removing the passenger side mirror glass, I broke it. Eff me, this is going to be expensive.

That makes me feel slightly better. Not the price, but that someone else is clumsy af like me.

I’ve not yet spent much time looking, but my cursory glance showed that the blind spot version of the mirror glass is $$$. Yours a premium with driver assist?

I bought a replacement passenger side view mirror for my wife's 20 year-old Lexus. It came with a removal tool and the replacement mirror subassembly which snaps in place. There was no need for me to install the heating wiring, since the ambient temps never go below 37 degrees. The cost of the mirror subassembly was about $18. A full mirror housing with mirror runs $500.

Yeah I have premium with driver assist. If I recall it has one clip for blindspot and those two little inserts you have to slide in.

But fortunely cheap part.

Got my ECU unlocked by Femto
Going MHD+ stage 2? Mine is at Femto right now. Should have it back sometime next week.

Contemplating using my JB4 charge pipe meth with it. I want to max out that stock turbo before I go spend thousands on port injection/turbo kit and trans build.

BM3 for now. Custom tune a little bit later down the line. Will also have a catless downpipe and flex fuel kit going on later in the week, hopefully.

There are/used to be some aftermarket ones with a bluish tint that reduced reflections a lot that I think were a bit cheaper.

Yup. I replaced mine with the Rexpeed ones. Love them! The fact that they're both convex helps with driver side blind spot too.

FINE, Rexpeed mirrors ordered. Being clumsy AF is expensive.

I also think that the 2 tutorials I found on this forum recommended a way to pry off the mirrors that will cause broken glass like 50% of the time. Don’t pry from the outside corner, folks, no matter what the well-written tutorial says. Pry from the bottom middle.

I think most tutorials i found said to pry from the bottom ? makes more sense since the back attachment is in the middle and prying from the side is the long way, furthest from the back attachment ? well we make mistakes and learn.
