So I've been running a stainless OPF delete mid section with an Akrapovic silencer, without any coding or delete box, for 2 years and 12000 km without an engine check light. Then last weekend I filled up with 95 for the first time ever because there was no 98, half a tank later the check light came on. Could this be coincidence or could the higher octane fuel help to keep the check light at bay?
