Unfortunately, Canadian Premiums have everything minus the wireless charging.

I'm trying to find out if it has the wire harness connectors in it (being unused) or if it's a different IP wire harness all-together. It would be super easy to order the wireless part and just drop it in. Potentially needing to activate the module in the ECU.

Does anyone have any idea? Have the adventurous guys popped some panels off and seen anything?

I don't know about this but a new BMW 5-series owner friend just bought wireless charging pad off of ebay and said he easily installed it.
I'm sure you can piggy back off the cigarette lighter plug. I don't know why you'd need the ECU other than the reminder feature of the car that throws a warning chime on the dash if you left your phone to charge but leaving the car..

it's just nice to have the feature built in and not use up the cigarette lighter plug and take up the limited room there is.

I'm saying buy the part and then use the wires underneath the lighter plug to power it up if there is nothing else around.
Also, FYI:

My S8+ with cover doesn't fit in there or I've to push it real hard. I am planning on not fiddling around with the interior parts, but when I do I'll check to see if I can 3d print a part that suits my needs.

Sorry for digging up this old thread but can you share a link to this specific part? I can't find it anywhere! Thanks a lot

@XtremeMaC Thanks a lot dude! I've never owned a Toyota before so I am not to sure where to find things like manuals or instructions on how to change parts - reason I am asking is because I don't want to pull out the entire center console to find the 12V connectors based on assumptions I made because I know thats how you'd do it in a BMW - any idea where to find the kind of instructions? I know BMW has them for their technicians and they are accessible for everyone else too. Maybe there's a similar page for Toyota.

I just ordered my Supra yesterday and here in Germany you get the Wireless Charging only if you take the Premium Package and that included the leather seats which I absolutely hate - thus I was planning to install it as a little DIY project...

Edit: In case someone finds this thread a few years from now, I found a very good source with pics on how to remove the center console of the Supra! https://www.supramkv.com/threads/do...hese-are-to-remove-take-off.7242/#post-109254

Sure thing! Congrats & welcome btw!!

Official instructions at Toyota TIS. Requires membership. $20 for 2 days. Can't beat forum detailed instructions and helpful feedback and YouTube videos, but it's still step by step and includes tools required, torque values, etc...
https://techinfo.toyota.com/

At this point, I've not removed a single trim piece from the Supra, so it's good that you found good instructions :)
