Yea but works differently here in Aus. Some policies are for listed drivers only. Like my Supra. As a one time thing, yes they do. Unless you claim theft and file a police report. Then any damages done by the stolen car would not be covered. But your car would still get first part coverage.
yes, his friend's insurance.Insurance covers other people driving your car. But yes, good excuse nonetheless lol.
That's not how insurance works. It's called car insurance, not driver insurance.hope your friend had good insurance.
Not true. Insurance follows the car, not the person. (Medical insurance though is a different story)yes, his friend's insurance.
Good thing he's in America. And the only way for that to happen is if he has "excluded" drivers named and listed on his dec page. Usually this is used to keep young kids from driving expensive cars and keeping premiums down for the policy.Yea but works differently here in Aus. Some policies are for listed drivers only. Liability coverage follows the person in the case of permissive use, which this would be. The clauses generally allow the unnamed policyholder to claim with your insurance, however their insurance is still going to be the liable party. Not true. Insurance follows the car, not the person. Personal liability insurance is very much a thing. That's not how insurance works. It's called car insurance, not driver insurance.
See... I liked it more when he was banned for whatever reason... Maybe it was from mansplaining a mod lolThat's not how insurance works. It's called car insurance, not driver insurance.
