I always tell people my Supra is “just a Toyota, like a Prius or Carrola” and non car people don’t know what the fuck to do with that statement.

Fixed my splitter the best I could after my train track incident, and installed new hardware. Just happy it will still be functional, just now with some battle wounds.

Saw this on ebay, too. Pretty affordable especially w free shipping. Could be a good "trainer" before pulling the expensive trigger on the real thing. Wondering how many holes you have to drill and if they align with Adro

I ended up saying screw it and buying the like $150 or so Amazon rep of the Adro lip as well (seeing it in dn00's pics in non-carbon sold me on the look), will update if that one's any good when it's here sometime next week. Probably a coinflip of whether or not it's remotely pass-able quality, but Amazon returns are so easy and painless at this point that I'll take the gamble.

Not bad for an ebay rep but a little tight after all the painting. I had to shave down the bottom sides for the left and right edges to sit more flush and drilled 2 holes each side for the bottom fasteners since only one hole aligned. These aren't visible parts of the lip pieces. I also cut the tabs (not the entire tab) on the middle piece (it comes in 3 pieces) to avoid removing the bumper if I want to revert to stock or replace it. Definitely put some tape to protect the bumper when test fitting or installing.
It's even cheaper if you send them an offer. Go for the lowest you want to offer and they'll come back with a counter offer. Usually they'll meet you in the middle.
It came in gloss black and the finish was not really great. I could see imperfections with Ppf and satin black wrap so I decided to paint it. Prepping with primer and painting was pretty time consuming. In hindsight, I would just spray 2k satin clear coat on it next time for the OEM finish and get it smooth enough for satin ppf.

I've only had one kid yell with a sarcastic tone "Nice BMW!" It doesn't compute to me how that's any sort of insult. If my car had a Chrysler or Volkswagen motor, I'd get it.
