I would like to know any tips and tricks for this car. Taking care of interior, taking care of engine, breaking in engine etc etc; basically anything.

I plan to drive mostly gentle for my first 1000km (620 miles). Vary rpms from 1k to 4.5k mostly. use all 6 gears. Get an oil change early, idk perhaps 1000km or 2000km.

I think you're soon going to wish you knew how to use the search function on this forum. 😂
Search is boring, I could just use Ai.

So do that then. Answering the same questions over and over again is even more boring. Anyway, what oil do you use?
If I used Ai I wouldnt have you ask me what oil I use. The interaction is better.

Its new from dealership so factory oil is 0-20 I think right?

Supposedly the car doesn't fully shut down power unless the car alarm is set. Also you cannot arm the alarm unless the hood is fully shut. So if you are planning on not driving a lot and plan on storing the car with a battery tender, which you should attach under the hood not directly to the battery in the rear, you need to fully close the hood and arm the alarm.

Not a Corvette.

This is not true. I have accidentally set off my alarm multiple times in my garage with hood not fully closed over the years.

Power and electronics shut down about 6 or 7 minutes after you exit the car, whether you lock your doors or set your alarm. At that point only things on are the always on electronics.

I don't drive often, after I park the car and get out, the electronics stay on and eventually power down. I leave the car unlocked in my garage.

Members on a forum are more inclined to help when you have done your research and mention things you've tried that worked/didn't work and you ask advice on what you should do or if you missed something. There really is a wealth of knowledge on here and reading it helps expand your knowledge base.

Straight up asking basic questions that have been asked over and over, such as what oil should I use? Should I do a break in oil change? etc are topics with many threads out there. Making a new thread about it just clutters up the forum. I get you want the interaction, but you'll get a better response if you find a thread pertinent to your question and add to the discussion there rather than make a new thread for the 11ty billionth time.
