Just bump your old thread instead of making multiple threads, this way you create a single source instead of multiple threads to read.

Yep right now I’m currently running 8100 X-cess gen2 motul 5W-40 in the car also. No issues

2020 here, just hit 60k so I eventually just got it replaced while doing all the 60k maintenance. Had no issues other than I couldn't read oil levels. I heard it gets affected by colder climates but I live in LV so maybe why nothing bad happen.

Yeah same I run 5W-40 Liquimoly Special Tec no issues

i live in Cali so temps are always 60 F above rarely get some days colder than that so I assume it’s okay

Anecdotal experience, but I had my oil pump fail and swapped out. Previous owners of my car were in California, Arizona, and then with me - having to swap it out in Vegas. It does get cold in the winters for Arizona & Nevada. I'm not exactly sure when it failed specifically. I can only guess it was some time in Arizona or in Vegas.
