Anybody having issues with auto lock? I have all the auto lock settings selected in vehicle / door lock menu...But after I shut the car down, get out and walk way it doesn't automatically lock?

I've only had the Supra for a few days and still learning it's features but I could swear it used to lock??

Automatic locking from manual
Via Toyota Supra Command:
1 "My Vehicle"
2 "Vehicle settings"
3 "Doors/Key"
4 Select the desired setting:
ā€¢ "Relock automatically" The vehicle is automatically locked again after a short while if no door is opened after unlocking.
ā€¢ "Lock after pulling away" On driving off, the vehicle is locked automatically.

Check those settings you may have been locking the car using the smart key function

Yup..that's the first thing I did was review manual and check my vehicle door lock settings and still not working....

Could you clarify what you meant "you may have been locking the car using the smart key function"

The lock while pulling away works fine...it's when I stop, shut off engine, and leave car that it no longer locks door automatically....

Meant that you may have automatically locked the vehicle before using the smart key function (touching the groove handle area) since car used to lock..

Just a thought

I was also confused as I noticed my doors don't lock after I walk away from the car nor at all.

think you guys are interpreting the lock function incorrectly. You still have to manually lock it after getting out of the car.

From a90moe's post it reads that it will lock only if:
- you unlock the car (while you are on the outside), but don't open any doors, it will re-lock itself
- while in the car, it will lock when you start driving.

I don't have mine yet, so don't know if it's an actual new feature, but I have never seen that feature mentioned before. You would have to either use the fob or touch the door handle to lock.

Again. You are misinterpreting the manual.

it auto locks if you go to your locked car, unlock it, but for some reason you donā€™t open any doors on your car. It will lock again after a set amount of time.

try this at home

- lock your car by any means
- unlock your car and donā€™t touch or open anything
- within 30-45 seconds your car will auto lock.

this feature is for those that have happy (fat) fingers or for those who accidentally unlock your car without knowing. It locks automatically as a security feature

Again...I know what it says but mine doesn't do this either?

Your first post states a distinctly separate request.

done driving
Turn off car
Leave car And close door
You are expecting that the Car should lock by itself.

Is this correct?

that will never happen and not what the manual section you referenced says

I also tried this method below ( suggest from Munkeeboi) and that didn't work for me either...hmmm

- lock your car by any means
- unlock your car and donā€™t touch or open anything
- within 30-45 seconds your car will auto lock.

I was referring to your original post where you expected the car to auto-lock the doors after shutting off the engine and walking away -- it does not have that feature.
