Mine has been stuck on “almost done, confirmation in progress” for a couple days, how long does this usually take?
Mines been stuck on this for 2 months lol gonna try a different email like mentioned and see if that works

Yup, I used another email and it worked right away. Thanks!!

I wanted to use my primary email. Any reason why that worked?
How long is these services good for until we have to pay money?
Honestly I have no idea why a different email works, and I was pretty bummed about having to use a secondary email as well. No dealership could help me with getting the app working, let alone the customer service line. I stumbled upon the email switch when I got fed up with waiting.

Unfortunately the app doesn’t work as well as the app for other Toyota’s. I really hope they add remote start and climate control, the google ad by Toyota for supra connect has a typo that mentions remote start, I guess there is a little hope. I have my doubts though, as the app is run by BMW and not Toyota.

The fine print on the toyota website says we get 4 years of all services from the date of purchase. They also just made CarPlay free for BMW, so I’m not sure how that will play in.

I wouldn’t think they would charge for it. IMO, the only part of the app that is decent is if you want to send a location to the car. Perhaps the “ventilate now” feature.

More than half the time my milage doesn’t show up. I also thought that it showed how much gas you have and your range, but I don’t see that info now? (Maybe I am confusing that with my BMW)

Obviously, there are circumstances where being able to honk your horn or flash your lights may help you find your car. Or a case where you aren’t sure if you locked your car or not. However, in my experience, I haven’t had to use any of those features.

If Toyota wanted to charge for this, they would have to add more features if they expect people to pay for it. I would pay for remote start and A/C control....but I would hope it would be free, like every other car with remote start...

Next time I drive my car I will have to try the new email thing. Toyota help center is worthless. My case has been open for a while now and nobody can help or even bother to call me back when they say they are going to.

No objections here, the app is essentially useless. I just wasn’t happy with the fact it didn’t work and I paid for it!

I hate this damn app. I tried using another email and I made more progress than before but now I’m stuck at the complete profile part. Every time I enter my information it tells me “could not complete profile, there was a problem with the information provided, please correct and try again”... but everything I’m entering is 100% accurate. App literally doesn’t work

Same. Tried to do the different email trick and am stuck on this exactly.

Update: Last I heard from Toyota a week ago they were waiting on the fix from BMW. Today my app started working. So whatever they did on the back end made the app work with my original email.

I was able to resolve the issue by using the address I gave the dealership, it seems during the purchasing process they input an email address and it likely has to match the one registered with the app. Hope this helps!

At least you guys can get it. I noticed it wasn't in th Australian app store, sent an email to Toyota Australia. The reply 'Whats Supra Connect, we've never heard of it.' Couldn't even be bother to look up what it was... just fobbed me off. I can only assume there is a lot of mouth breathing and dribbling going on in the Toyota Customer Service division in Australia.

Trust me man, you are not missing out on much lol. I ended up just uninstalling it.

I just got an update to fix the bugs...too bad there’s not some added features. High hopes I guess. Hell I’d even take a Apple Watch app...
