Touring Edition Exhaust

At the intersection of sophistication and aggression lies the Touring Edition Exhaust. A dual 3” T304L stainless steel downpipe-back configuration, the AWE Touring Edition Exhaust is the perfect dose of steel for drivers looking for straight-pipe performance while not sacrificing daily drivability: a deep, sophisticated exhaust note with zero drone at highway speeds.

Featuring a stamped stainless steel merge upstream equivalent to dual 3” tubing coming right off of the downpipe. Translation: an impressive 65% increase in flow over stock that future proofs for downpipes of various sizes. Beyond the unique merge, the exhaust splits into dual 3” piping to allow optimal flow throughout the entire exhaust route. Bringing up the rear, the Touring Edition features AWE’s patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology®, which targets and omits drone-prone frequencies. What’s this mean for you? You’ll be tuned into a pure, full-bodied B58 soundtrack unlike any other.

Equipping a downpipe? Read this (seriously):

If you're equipping an aftermarket downpipe with an outlet larger than 80mm, we've made it easy for you. Removal of the included inlet adapter will be required, which will then leave you with the 3.5" diameter inlet of the stamped stainless steel merge. A simple custom adapter will be required to bridge the gap between your aftermarket downpipe and the 3.5" diameter inlet of stamped stainless steel merge. We've future proofed your exhaust for big power with no less than 3.5" of high-flow fury.

The Touring Edition Exhaust is available as non-resonated or resonated. We recommend the non-resonated variant for vehicles equipped with the stock downpipe. If your Supra is equipped with an aftermarket downpipe, we recommend going resonated. Have the stock downpipe but planning to go aftermarket later? No worries, you can swap in the resonated mid sections with ease via an AWE Resonator Conversion Kit. Hit us here if you’re in need of this conversion kit.

Sound Perfection: AWE 180 Technology™

Perfect tone, compliments of AWE 180 Technology®.

As exhaust gases exit the B58 engine and flow into an AWE 180 Technology® equipped resonator, they pass through strategically located ports, and into reflection chambers. Sound waves, carried by these exhaust gasses, bounce off the walls of the reflection chambers. By controlling the size and location of the ports and the chambers, we also control when the sound waves exit the chambers. The specific timing of when the reflected sound waves rejoin the main exhaust flow creates a one-hundred-and-eighty-degree out-of-phase sound wave that cancels out problematic frequencies. More on AWE 180 Technology® in the tab above.

Track Edition Exhaust

For those who like it raw, rowdy, and light, the AWE Track Edition is for you. The Track Edition comes equipped with bullet resonators in the mid pipes, and shares the same bespoke stainless steel stamped merge and precision engineering as its Touring Edition counterpart, minus AWE’s patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology®. Drivers can expect an 11 lb weight savings compared to stock.

In place of the 180 Technology® resonators in the rear are dual Track Edition straight sections. As a result, this version is known to get (really) rowdy in mid range acceleration and deceleration, and may be too much for many. Due to this reason, AWE Track Edition Exhausts cannot be returned based on sound preference. You’ve been warned.

Can you make a video of the resonated touring with the stock midpipe?

Noob alert::::

What is the general consensus on an AWE resonated touring setup and my warranty? Is this kind of thing something that dealerships will void warranties over? Straight up stock, no tune, no downpipe, just a catback system?

Warranties cannot be "voided" at all. Just claims can be denied. And no, a catback doesn't "void" anything. A downpipe however, you can get in trouble for since the cat is in there.
But warranties is not all or nothing. If you change the shocks, obviously the suspension isn't going to get a warranty repair, but your engine would since it's not affected, and so on.

Oh, and before anyone says "Moss-Magnussen warranty act" that doesn't fly since you still have to lawyer up and take them to court and by that time, the repair would be cheaper.

But yeah, a catback is fine. No danger.

That's pretty much what I was thinking. I figure a cat-back is pretty benign when it comes down to it. And, since there is no alteration (i.e., cutting) of the stock components, that makes it even better.

Guess I know what I'm getting me for my birthday this year :D

I thought the exhaust is already pretty good from my test drive(s) the other day. If I was getting a non SE first mod for me would be wheels. The chrome and black is just awful lol. The black SE wheels aren't that bad. I'd probably get a catback first on the A91 to get black tips to match the rest of the black pieces on the car. And that's IF the 2020 catbacks fits the 2021 models, since it's getting a different engine.

I felt the same about the black and chrome wheels until the car shown above came back to HQ lowered and spaced. I then grew fond of them. I am a big fan of OEM+ aesthetics.

No emissions equipment gets tampered with, so you should receive any sort of grief. Bolt it on and rip, my friend.

I agree on OEM+ aesthetic. I don't mind the design, just the two tone coloring. I like them fine in all black. When I get mine later this year all I'll probably do is a conservative front lip, lowered slightly, and a black tipped catback. I'll have to look at where the wheels are sitting if I'll do a spacer.
