Let's just say that Toyota marketing is very devious in some regards. Promise less, deliver more...

I KNEW IT! The figures we've seen thus far were almost too underwhelming, especially when the bar is set so high from the A80 and you intend for this to be your halo car.

Since you sound like a guy who knows a thing or two about a thing or two... Is there anything you can say in regards to the proclaimed HP figures?

Couldn't help picturing this happen lmao.. but yeah, more like a team of lawyers would probably ruin me

I can say things that are general because they're safe, and I can relate to past conversations because they're just that, in the past. that said, I have to be careful giving away any information that's new or more specific because it can easily be traced back with the wrong mistake.

it's like telling a few people one thing and a few others and another thing and then narrowing down who knew what, and then they focus on that group and narrow down until they nail whoever is saying stuff they're not supposed to.

but while I enjoy discussing this car, I get their angle and don't want to piss off Toyota or my friends in engineering/elsewhere.
