If you like simple and kinda boring then we know which one most will like. The Supra was based off of an exotic design concept so it has a lot more interesting details to it that some will say looks "busy or overstyled" but I vastly prefer it.
Wow so a Supra 3.0 is about 202 lbs lighter when compared to a Z with similar trim features( 3.0 Premium 3400 lbs vs Performance Auto 3602). Also the front to rear balance favors the Supra(52/48) vs (57/43 manual Z)/(57/43 auto Z). A manual Supra 3.0 should be (51/49) if the gearbox is 50-60 lbs...
He probably just pulled that number out his ass. I can't even find a 2021 that makes over 500whp on the stock turbo with full blown tunes unless its a e30/40 blend.
Got the paddles in today. I hate taking off that damn airbag ?. But I like it. I need to get the GR badge from the Yaris steering wheel because this one is too big
On one of those 1/4 mile calculators I've tested a RWD Q50 RS. On Car & Driver it weighs 3895 lbs for a RWD model and I put it at 375whp and it trapped 12.7 1/4 mile/ 112.7 mph which was the trap speed of the car in C&D. If you erase 300 lbs from the Q50 RS400 you end up with the heaviest...
So I saw it yesterday and my thoughts on the whole car is just that I find it to be a very simple design.
Rear end - this was my favorite part outside yet I forgot to take a pic of it. The rear was interesting because of the lights that give off a 300zx vibe and the smooth black diffuser in...
Gran Turismo 7 has the new Z at 3400 lbs in Performance trim. However that goes against the curb weights listed for Canada by almost 200lbs. It could be GT7 is quoting dry weight.
No the Z is the closest competitor to the Supra. They have the exact layout, similar size, RWD, 2 seater with the driver positioned closer to the rear wheels, around 400hp. Now the Supra has BMW level quality while the Z will have Nissan level quality. Also I prefer I6T > V6TT on smoothness...
