I would not say that. It's not particularly hard but most cars you only need to open the hood to pour the oil in and you change the filter from below when you drop the oil. So pull the drain and while it's draining swap out the filter and then reinstall the drain plug. Slide out from under and...
You should be able to log this and find the reasoning with all the EFI work you've been doing surely? Or is it too random? From my understanding "rev hang" is a programmed emission reduction strategy but this sounds a bit different? No issues with this on my car for info.

Yep. To heel & toe properly you need a solid pivot point on the brake pedal which is what you get on a race track under heavy braking. In normal road driving you don't brake hard enough for that so the jab at the throttle pedal causes a variation in the braking making the whole process pretty...
From my understanding of new battery registration albeit from other makes it is primarily about 2 things. One is the load shedding strategy if the battery voltage drops to a critical point and also the current profile the charging system puts into the battery which is mainly about fuel economy...
Just looking at this thread again. Papadakis B58 drift engines use O rings blocks with copper head gaskets. Mind you they spin to 8900rpm and 1200 HP with a nitro shot.

Totally unnecessary on a modern engine that uses an MLS gasket like the B58 does. In fact it's the last thing you want to do. Back in the day with older engines that used composite head gaskets then sure. They had a mailable fire ring and would relax after some heat cycles but MLS head gaskets...
Yea it's predominately an American thing, like rollin coal, spinner wheel covers, a revolver in the glove compartment and cars that look like Graceland on wheels. I've been driving performance cars for want of a better description for 20 years and I've only had 1 guy pull up next to me at the...
I just don't think 30min running in a freezing garage is enough to get the oil temp where you need it for long enough to burn off the cold start contaminants. Personally I'd just change the oil before storage and leave it at that over the winter but it's up to you.
