  1. Best exhaust systems in the market??

I really like my Valvetronic exhaust. Separate controller so I can close the valves while keeping the car in sport mode (which is nice for race tracks with sound restrictions) and it was reasonably priced.

Yeah I saw Razorlab turning 57s in the video he posted the other day, but he has quite a bit more go-fast parts than I do. Guess we'll find out in a couple days 😅

Going to Lime Rock Park this weekend with Gridlife. What is a reasonable time there? Classic config, I know it's a relatively short lap. Bolt ons + pump 93 tune, 275 200tw tires, no aero, stock shocks.
  4. Razorlab - 2020 LE build thread

What is this table used for in the DME?
  5. SUPRA DIFF BRACE

I have to jack my car up to rotate/change tires at least once or twice per weekend at the track so having to remove stuff to reach the jack point is a hard pass for me.

Open vs point by passing is usually a run group / experience thing. Most clubs I run with in the advanced groups are open passing. But I don’t think point by passing is inherently unsafe. You really should have the situational awareness to know who is behind you anyway.
  7. OEM Disk Brake Caliper Piston Boots (Front & Rear)

You ever figure this out? I had the same problem, ended up tearing the seals trying to get them to fit...
  8. Full Caliper Rebuild Kit

FWIW - I bought the Auto Brake Solutions kit, with the higher temp silicon dust boots, and I could not get the dust boots to seat on the caliper no matter what I tried. Not my first time rebuilding a caliper and the smaller piston seals were just fine, but the larger seals seem to have a steel...

Did you ever find a download for expanded definitions for MHD?
  10. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

I wouldn't disagree there, I like CMP more than Roebling overall. The kink is a fun element.

It’s the fastest track in the southeast US in terms of average MPH iirc. It’s all sweepers except one straight so it’s more of a drivers track.

This is perhaps a stupid question but I need to pull my calipers off to rebuild them and I don't want get air into the brake system and have to deal with triggering the ABS pump. What's the best way of preventing this assuming the calipers may be off the car for a period of a few days? Can I...

I think you would like Roebling more in a different car. A C8Z on OEM tires is not the ideal Roebling car. I haven't driven it in my Supra yet, but in the EG hatch on 200tw it was a blast.
  14. Basic upgrades for reliability

    Not always, metal doesn't flex.
  15. “GR Decal” for Strut Tower Bar - available

Is that the actual GR piece? Where do you buy them at for the Supra?
  16. Reinstalling front bumper, headlight area has gap

Post pictures. Did you make sure that the bumper is underneath the clips at the top/front where it connects to the radiator shroud? I recently missed the left and rightmost clips and had a noticeable gap to the headlight/hood before I fixed it.
  17. Razorlab - 2020 LE build thread

Wow that is incredibly low. Gridlife must have a no-limits day because I would say 90% of the cars won't pass that. There's a lot of factory OEM cars that won't pass that...
  18. Razorlab - 2020 LE build thread

Which track is your local track? Lime Rock? What's the db limit? I bought a Valvetronic exhaust because it doesn't utilize the factory electronic valve, it uses it's own vacuum system. That way I can open the valve independently of what mode the car is in, so if the track has a strict sound...
  19. WTB: OEM Supra hood

Found a hood, closing this thread :)
  20. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Long hold the safety button = full off. You'll see a message on the dash that the safety systems are disabled. I've only forgotten it once. The car really did not like my approach into T1 at Mid Ohio on the outlap when cars were bunched up. Chime scared the hell out of me. ?
