Just use old brake pad against rotor as leverage. Open 1 side, slide in new pad then do other side with old pad as well. That way new pad prevents side you just opened from closing too much again. This is obviously just for the front.

Definitely a loss of something with those IATs. Would explain why your dragy times aren't matching with dyno numbers per say.

What was OAT to hit 115 IAT with upgraded IM?

Not familiar with DM turbos but your dyno numbers look like upgraded 93 turbo numbers but your time is more in line with e40. Weird.
