24psi is the lower bound on what the car will allow you to run. You need to do the relearn at that pressure and then it will not complain as long as you don't go below that. If you do the learn at say 30psi and then drop them to 24 it will complain. Seems that is your issue.

No manual and 3704lbs is redonk... Raitis rides guesstimated $63k. On the plus side they've updated all of the shortcomings of the regular Z so I'm looking forward to the track results; should be a pretty capable car.
PS4S are a great tire on and off track. In my experience If you can't dial in camber you need to run a lot of pressure to prevent them from chunking the shoulder. This happened on my wife's 135is. They tend to get greasy pretty quickly but they wear nicely.
RE71RS worked very well for me as...
Are you talking the AR-1 or the CRS? Depending on your commute, you could feasibly daily them in good weather, but that's potentially a ton of unnecessary wear and heat cycles. There are better options for a true dual-purpose tire. Worst case is they become compromised by street driving...
That echoes what I've heard elsewhere. If the 305/325 19" are ever in stock I'll give them a whirl. Neither G2 or Phil's had them, or at least both sizes. PhD has them on their site but with a disclaimer about taking future orders so not sure they have any on hand.
Speaking of Nankang.. I just switched from Conti ECF to Nankang AR-1 on my C7Z and holy hell are they awesome grip-wise in comparison. They are LOUD like an R888R and I got caught in torrential rain on the way home from the track and they were sketchy AF, but love everything else about them so...
In my experience the OEM arms are extremely soft and easy to bend. If you're going to track the car you need the camber adjustment anyway, so in addition to the adjustability you get a more durable part.
