I'm also happy to help locals do work if they have jack stands and tools. I'm down south, but can pretty much do anything that needs to be done on the Supra.
Hey, all. I'm currently assembling some documentation on an "upgrade path" with @zrk. The goal is to put an easy guide together that people can easily reference to reach XYZ power level without digging through a bunch of threads and/or old info. We plan to publish soon.
But we're looking for...
No issues with traction control. I've had them aired to 38, 35, and 32. I didn't have to do anything special, as the car somehow just "learned" each time I decided to adjust PSI. I counted my blessings and didn't think too much about it.
It's worth noting that I run 9.5+25 front and 11+35...
Bump: pricing, final design, and availability announced.
Pretty nice piece of kit. They just announced that the setup will include swappable resonator deletes, plus option of chrome/burnt/smoke tint chrome/satin black tips.
Also looks like the final design changed to make the muffler section...
ZyCor is just high-temp spraypaint, and it confers no thermal benefits.
ZyBar is an active coating, probably some sort of ceramic, and should only be applied to turbo hotside materials. You could use ZyBar on the hotside of the turbo, downpipe, or turbo flange to the engine block.
You could...
RS-R Superdown Springs
aFe front sway (stiffest position) + end links
275/35 front and 305/30 rear
Cusco strut brace
Totally changed the dynamics of the car. Very obvious improvement in handling. So glad I did this.

It doesn't directly connect to the stock airbox.
Behind the bumper, there is a short plastic funnel that directs air that passes through the grill into the airbox area. But that funnel does not receive directed air, it just scoops up whatever turbulent airflow happens to make it over to the...
Catless, judging by the shape of the downpipe on their IG. Just doesn't have the diameter/shape of a cat converter in their CAD render. I'm fine with that. Tuned out the cat CEL anyhow.
//edited to fix wrong word typo.
I have one. It definitely lowered IATs. The design of all these aftermarket intakes just causes the filter to gobble down hotboxed air from the engine bay. I keep waiting for someone to develop a true CAI with the filter in the grill, but haven't seen one come up. It'd be a huge pain to install...
Link if the embed is broken.
I'm really excited about this. People always ask "what's the best exhaust?" and the answer for turbo cars is always "the one that moves the most air." Everything past that is just arguing over subjective stuff.
This company called Remnant Performance is working on...
