Almost all the BMW guys that have documented their Femto unlock process had to disable OTA updates. Is it safe to say the Supra doesn't have anything like that in the I-drive system?

Car is doing good! They replaced the entire evap assembly plus another hose. They told me to be carefull when filling up and not to overfill. I've never pumped gas to full full so I didn't buy that excuse. If you hear it again or get a CEL take it in. In my case I had a CEL, plus noise.
Hey dude, when you bought bm3 before hand for the unlock/custom rom , did you register the vehicle with the license before or did all that after receiving back the ecu? I'm sending mine out for the July trip but got all my bm3 stuff before hand. Thanks.

Once the ECU is back and you're ready to flash for the first time. Which application is easier to use / more reliable /less buggy, when using your phone? Generally speaking about the interface and flash times.

Tech verified charcoal canister assembly found a hose or tube that was damaged that's not apart of the new assembly. Part on back order. 10 days minimum. Car remains at Toyota. Pretty disappointing for a car with 13,000kms. And an uncommon issue on top of it. Going to miss the next...
Question is will you get an accurate boost reading with whatever digital tool you use for boost readout, i.e. Bimmerlink? I'm going to try this when I get my car back and get some Boostane as well. Seriously getting ready to pull trigger on Femto unlock at this point.
Dealer diagnosis,
Replace Canister SUB-ASSY, Part# 77704-WAA01, to be replaced under warranty. No idea what caused this. Some people say maybe the previous owner forced extra gas in the tank after the pump clicked. Car only has 13,000 kms, (8000miles), but she is a garage queen.

Made appointment with dealer for this week. I'll circle back with findings. In the video you can hear some sort of gargling sound every 10 secs then off, back on 10 secs, on and off. Like a ready check or something. Very odd that a purge valve, hose or solenoid would fail at 13,000 kms.

This is the noise that follows with the CEL, sound is coming from passenger side rear wheel well.
Searched some BMW forums and found some sort of evap system is located right there. There's no change in var drivability, or behavior from what I can tell.
