Turns out they sent me the wrong unit by mistake. They reshipped the correct unit and gave me a ceramic coated one at no upcharge. I’ll report more once it’s on.

Car will be ready end of week, went from stock to full exhaust / bigger tires / eibach pro kit and JB4 with EWG. Planning on e30 blend with JB4, wondering if there’s any headroom I can make with a Pure upgrade without the ability to do a custom tune. Obviously the other option is just wait it...

Just got one from AA and of course... it doesn’t fit. Use a large well known performance shop and they said no way in hell it’s attaching on the turbo end. Of course AA didn’t believe me, didn’t offer to swap it out for me or anything until I prove it with photos. Which of course I will oblige...

What's the difference between the Pure 700 and Pure 800 in terms of spooling? Curious on why one would choose one over the other (cost aside)

Yeah both strut bars on the Z4 are about 1LB total, whereas the BMS strut bars are 3LBS total. I do like the way they look, may look for something lighter - just not sure.

these look nice. My only curiosity lies with why Burger decided to make them 2 lbs heavier than OEM ones on the Z4.

My ECU was 6/21/20 and it was not able to be bench unlocked.
