Are you going to have port injection? Either way, yes the stock HPFP and LPFP supports full e85. However for max power e40-e50 should be run without port injection to work around the HPFP fueling limit. The stock LPFP is not an issue until surpassing 700whp. The HPFP is.

The stock LPFP is good for 700whp. So yes with port injection 600whp is achievable on ethanol. 93oct....I wouldn't push more that 525-550whp due to octane. The stock HPFP only supports 500-535whp on decent concentration of of ethanol (e40-e50) with normal safe AFR.

It will pass with a tune. You're allowed 1 monitor to be not ready. Just depends if your state auto fails for the cat monitor not being ready.

This can absolutely be fixed with a tune. That's definitely not hardware.
