I really like the redesign. How do you like the engine and transmission?
I had a new 2016 Tacoma but sold it 8 months later because it was completely gutless down low and the auto transmission was tuned solely for MPG and was not responsive. It kind of ruined me on Tacos so I’ve been eyeballing...
Installed my Magnaflow Xmod catback and swapped the stock DP for a catted AA unit. My god, the sound is glorious. Even my wife likes it.
I need to adjust the tips a bit before I post the installed pics.
I love the 3D designs splitter based purely on aesthetics. I also really like the Verus design because it's functional, but it doesn't catch my eye like 3D.
I'm torn between the two because I can't decide if I want to rely solely on mechanical grip or add aero. I've never driven a car on the...
I’m usually pretty ham fisted but somehow didn’t break mine. I’ve got the V2 and the swooshy sounds are great.
Hopefully you’ll be lucky too. Good luck!
Maybe, but they still have to make the molds for the fiberglass and carbon fiber parts anyway, and most people paint match it their car. Stamped sheet metal or shaped over a form and welded to the body, ground down, and smoothed over wouldn’t be too much more. Certainly looks better than the...
That looks great. I don’t like most body kits because of the panels having exposed rivets and I was happy that this one didn’t. I’m not sure why most shops don’t blend the kit into the body? Old school wide bodies were mostly seamless.
I went to Bob Richards Toyota in South Carolina. I got it either $1000 or $1500 under MSRP back in August 2021. They were easy to deal with and didn't try any shady shit.
As a bonus, a salesman there had an MST intake with the turbo inlet that he bought for his Supra but never installed, so he...
+1 for the rear sway question. I need less roll but I read that that the rear is a pain in the ass to install.
Will changing the front sway bar without changing the rear make the Supra an oversteering nightmare? (looking for opinions from those with experience on the Supra, not just generally...
This happens to me after it rains. Little pebbles get picked up and slung between the dust shield and rotor. I can sometimes put the car in reverse and the rock will fall out but I’ve got one in there now that won’t budge, so time to take off the wheel and do it the hard way.
It’s so damn...
Just got a new 2022 GR Supra 3.0, what a beast!
- Congrats!
The dealer had no clue about the the complimentary NASA membership and track day. To be fair, they only got 2 of them this year.
Autocrossing it is pretty much a no brainer, but...
Tracking it is an entirely different matter.
I have a...
