I just installed this today and prior to that I was seeing smoke every time I drove. Doing a test drive today for about 30 minutes I haven't seen any smoke. I did not use the a check valve for the oil cap breather and I do have the ccv connected.

I have a clank or clink sound in some instances in low rpm, shifting to reverse, and downshifting.

Any of you have a clank sound since installing a diff brace, bmr in particular?

I'm pretty sure I did it in the wrong order. I tightened the v bracket then went on the the turbo manifold. I had to remove the v bracket in order the get the turbo mounted correct, but now the holes for the v bracket to line up.

Daw 6769. But that bracket didn't fit right with the OEM turbo either.

What I realized is that V bracket at the bottom was pulling the turbo down to low and not allowing it to properly seat.

Thanks for the photos. I think all I need to do is loosen the bolts and nuts and lift the turbo up. I'm seeing 24 PSI at around 3700, so I think the manifold is sealed just not aligned correctly.

Is this gap normal. I didn't pay attention when removing the turbo, but just noticed this. It's the right side of the bottom bracket that holds the turbo

Thats hard to believe youre seeing temps up to 25 below ambient from spraying meth that is above ambient.
