Are you saying 16-19 degrees over ambient? What is the IAT before doing the pull?
If you seeing that rise just during the pull then I'd bet youbdidnt bleed the IM enough.
Did you overfill the reservoir when tou did the bleed. Did ypu continue to over fill it after each bleed. You might have to...

Thanks for the info. The CTS intake also has a velocity stack. I asked DAW about the Armastpeed intake and he said it should be good since it's 5 inch filter. Im also curious about a heat shield.

I ordered the cts 4" intake, but im still going to try to fit the armaspeed.
Im currently waiting for the 6769, how long did you wait? I currently have the armaspeed intake and I think im going to cut the silicone coupler they drive and see if I can get it around the armaspeed intake. Not sure if that will work.
Regarding the bleeding system. The process you outlined is for the high temp/ radiator. For the low temp / intake and turbo you step on the gas pedal until it says service made activated, and you don't start the engine.
