Almost certainly is it. Google that and you'll find BMW and Supra hits as well, all related to the ride height sensor arm and how it attaches. There's even an aftermarket part for it.

It's tough that it's intermittent. Something could be loose and only occasionally disconnects, or whatever is being sensed is on the very edge of spec and only sometimes out.
It's cool the shop that installed the suspension will look at it. If that fails, I don't know, only wonder, if a BMW...
I'm sure Lewis will be around until someone better comes along, and that might be a while. Or of course the way things sometimes shake up all at once it could be next year. I was hoping he could just maybe win another championship but can see that'll never happen. It's clear he's past his prime...
Hmm. Your Supra should outperform rentals. Or at least match. And it's new? Odd.
If you get free oil changes and such I'd mention it the next time you're there. Dealers don't like warranty work as much as other work, but I think they'd still take a brake bleeding job if they agree with you on...
It's a real thing. That's the BMW way, far too much tech than is really needed, and enough instructions and special crap to make you give up and go to a dealer.
I can't say if you actually have to do it, though I doubt it because the car doesn't know if you've loosened and tightened the...
2025 Z4 MT, coded to start in Sport Individual, in which Auto start / stop is set to off. That works perfectly, and prior to that the auto start / stop also worked perfectly (I just hated it because my daily driving has basically no lights, only a few stop signs, and it'd cut off at those which...
Do you know about how long it took or how much work it was? I've seen only one video on it and it looks do-able but kind of a pain in a home garage, that a lift would be far better.
I think MSA is the auto-start/stop and DWE is anti-theft, so yeah agreed those codes don't seem related to the issue. Odd.
If you can't get an actual code and have to resort to guessing, LOL, I'll suggest taking a look at the plugs for the adaptive dampers, could have one loose.
Agreed to replace the battery. They can go anywhere from a couple years to a decade. It's not that much really nor very difficult and all signs point to it as a problem. BMW's are notorious for having random electrical issues when the batteries are dying.
Be sure afterwards to do the coding, 2...
I don't think it's a Max thing, it's anyone way in the lead with the #2 spot being a very distant 2nd. Close battles are always more interesting than someone super far in the lead. It just happens that he's often in the lead.
Historically, on Eclipse's anyhow, when you hear a rattle with the clutch pushed in it was likely the throw-out bearing. If you've changed flywheels however then it is far more likely to be the issue. It's quite common with them and it's not exactly broken, just a side effect.
I'm guessing whoever buys it has a boat load of spare cash and it'll be a somewhat emotional purchase, something they always wanted. Can't deny it could be a simple investment opportunity albeit obviously with a huge gamble.
If I had a couple hundred k that I was forced to spend on a car...
I like the combo you have right now, it could be a good wheel color to try and duplicate. Would work with white as well if the wrap comes off.
White - is interesting, not for me but if you like it you should do it. It's more about what you want than anyone else.
Tire size vs wheel size is a...
FWIW not a single person here is doing it to prevent clutch wear issues. Only for the change to feel.
Glad it turns out, after all, you agree it will feel different.
Didn't seem that way prior.
