Here is my bone stock 2023 M240i dropping 26F coolant temp from a single gear pull. The drop is more drastic on the M lites because they have shutters in the front that cover the cooling stack in normal cruise mode. So this is a combo of the shutters opening PLUS the coolant escalation mode...
Another cool story, however we literally talking about one particular v-band in one particular location on one particular car. We are not talking about your wives car or some other car, or hundreds of other random cars that "you worked on". Stay focused.
Cool story.
The car has approx 26,000 miles on it, over 70 track events with 2,560 laps, 57 hours of track time and more than double the OEM power.
The V-band has never come loose or fallen off my car this whole time and I just tighten down by feel and I have never used some odd hammer and goo...
Ecutek doesn't offer OTS tunes, it's only custom tuning.
Ecutek flash license: $550
Ecutek phone flash license: $150 (If you don't want/can't use a laptop)
Ecutek ECU connect dongle: $350
^ These prices may vary depending on the tuner you use.
It's about $550 (remember unlock itself is 250 EURO) or so for unlock and shipping from AutoTuner or Femto
You need a ENET cable or MHD/BM3 Dongle to connect to the car:
MHD Dongle: $79
BM3 Dongle: $99
If you are stock turbo, and you just want OTS tunes:
MHD Super License (Flasher, logger...
The APR wangs always look like they are in airbrake mode because of the 3D element. Ignore people that just state AOA from looking at it over the internet.
I don't think he cared about that. It looks F*ing cool. Bring brighter lights into it to make it more functional while still looking badass.
Anyone that paints walls and ceilings black in a habitable or working space gives zero F's about what you are talking about, which, let's be honest, is...
BMW:
Front rotors (330x24mm): 34106880072
Rear rotors (330x20mm): Left 34216882245, right 34216882246
Toyota:
Front rotors: 43512WAA04
Rear rotors: Left 42431WAA02, right 42431WAA03
All the same rotors, made by Brembo, just different part numbers BMW/Toyota.
So you want aftermarket or OEM part numbers? In one part of your story you state you bought aftermarket brakes and then another part you want OEM part numbers.
Just not SPL. Verkline, BBT, etc
