Like all the others have said here, take it back and get it fixed the right way. Please don't take offesnse to this but that looks like a paint job from an old Earl Scheib's or MAACO shop. The PPF will definitely make those defects jump out.
Do yourself a favor, don't accept that shoddy work...
Tend to agree with @zrk on this. With that color, you'd easily spot a touch-up. Unless you've done it before, it's not that easy to feather in the edges for a seamless look.
I'm a suntan lotion application specialist at a nudist colony. Business is a bit slow now so I'm spending more time on here. I read way more than I post.

All I ask in return is pay it forward. Merry Christmas!
Here's a pic of the impact area. It's slightly bigger than a quarter.
My only real concerns are for leaks or whistling after the install. Had a windshield replaced on one of my other vehicles that whistled like crazy. Took multiple attempts to be corrected.
Good to know. Thanks.
Update - windshield cannot be repaired. The glass is crushed where it was hit. It has to be replaced. Company is ordering an OEM windshield. Waiting to hear back from them to reschedule the replacement. Not really looking forward to having that done.
Oh well, could have been worse. It...
Driving home today after work, listening to some tunes and BAM! Sounded like a gunshot. Never saw it coming. At first I couldn't see it but finally did. Slightly larger than quarter. Not at all in my line of vision. Sucks but thankful it didn't hit anything else. Have zero deductible for...
