My window moldings are a splotchy mess, particularly the part around the quarter glass:
(Photo is of my Absolute Zero white car with levels adjusted to accentutate the uneven colouring of the window trim.)
Meguiar's Natural Shine Protectant hasn't been helpful. I'd used Mothers Back-to-Black...
Check again at https://www.toyota.ca/toyota/en/owners/recalls? My VIN now pulls up a "Safety Recall RC0 (XC0) - Interim Notice - Certain 2020-2021MY GR Supra - Vacuum Pump ECU Reprogramming" notice there, but it didn't the last time I checked.
According to...
Nissan did.
Nissan said the new Z was estimated to be 15% faster than the 370Z to 60 mph, which would make it at least a couple tenths slower than the Supra.
No, the manual does not say that. The manual says you should use 0W20 C5 but can add up to a maximum of 1 quart of 0W30 API SL/SM/SN.
Like any manufacturer, Toyota will obviously deny an engine warranty claim if they learn you used an out-of-spec oil.
The suspension changes are for the 382 hp variant. Toyota claims they weren't needed for the lower power engines.
A bunch of places got the 382 hp engine and associated suspension changes, but not Europe. The table at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Supra#Models is a good summary.
None. You're supposed to add a quart when the level drops to min, but you might want to take it to a dealer when that happens to get the oil consumption documented.
Toyota has announced 35 units of a "35th Anniversary Edition" trim for Japan:
Looks like no mechanical upgrades.

One thing I intentionally avoided is the Phantom paint. I agree it looks cool when new, but it's a matte finish, which means you can't buff out small imperfections. I've spent so much time using polishes and clay bars for minor scuffs, hard water spotting, iron deposits, etc. on gloss car...
The 2022 is up on Toyota Canada's website at https://www.toyota.ca/toyota/en/vehicles/supra/overview.
There are no changes from 2021, except there's no blue for 2022, and the price is up $130 (from $67,690 to $67,820 CAD). No mention of Android Auto, unlike what Toyota Europe claimed in their...
lol, and Toyota took those pictures in a wind tunnel, too. Apparently that expensive carbon fiber spoiler doesn't add enough downforce to, you know, latch the hatch.
If I took something out of context, it was unintentional.
Summarizing, folks in this thread said their cars wouldn't rev multiple minutes after starting. You said they should read the manual because the manual stated that full power might not be available for the first 30 seconds after starting...
