Bootmod does not work for the new ECUs without bench unlocking. MHD is THE only option to unlock via OBD right now for the newer lock ECU Supra. EDIT: 10-24-19, Owner of bootmod, messaged me letting me know Bootmod supports the locked ROM Supra now as well via OBD2. No bench needed.
