Theres no certain mileage to be surpassed to use launch control or its unlocked. However there are indeed other limits that are there. Engine temps, duration, range after start and etc.

Also, any tune sent from an actual tuner, will probably be locked and you will not be able to edit it anyway. I know i lock my tunes. There is a lot of theft in this industry, so thats why. For anyone wanting to try, you will just take the bin and start from scratch.
