If it only rattles, you are lucky. Most vibrate loose and fly away (the whole diffuser). Also make sure you keep checking where it mounts to the plastic webbed bits as those will eventually fail.

I tend to put new rotors on when changing compounds, I usually go through two sets of pads a season (about 15-20 days). So if I stick with the same pad, just one set of fresh rotors a season or 1.5 seasons depending on their thickness.

Yea go zero front toe and that will help with tire wear. I run zero in front.
For the rear, if you want more stability, run more toe-in total. I run about 1.5mm in each side.
If you are able to get more negative camber in front, I would run at least -3. That will help outside tire wear on track.

Newest oil report. This last sample (10/13/24) has six track events on it (I usually do 3-4) and double the miles.

Another track guy was having an issue like this and it worked for him.
I also had this happen when I upped the rail pressure with the OEM HPFP, and it also helped with that so I put two and two together. ;)

Yup, bumping oil pressure 4500 rpm + by just a little worked for me. Even at 29psi boost.
I got it once on track, and right after a shift at high RPM. I run 5w40.
