There was actually a post on this forum about it months ago. Also some others but not posted on this forum. Most turbo WG flapper arms are cast as one piece (minus the flapper). This one unfortunately is two piece and the weld can fail with track use.
At any decent pace you will get about four/five track days out of a set of RE71RS, they drop off a a couple seconds after the fourth day but don’t become liabilities like Nankang CRS do, they just get slower. So you could technically get six plus days out of them, they just wouldn’t be as fast...
The wastegate arm is an inferior design being two pieces instead of one piece cast. It heats up and separates and no flappy wastegate door closure no mo’
This is another instance of people truly not understanding the difference in demands between turny track cars and car bowling cars.
It is open in Sport Mode by default.
There is a RPM vs Gear vs Pedal% table for the flap. I haven't messed with them yet so not 100% sure if the logic connection is in there for our ROMs.
You can only edit tables if the tuner allows it. Most do not.
However, for exhaust burbles and/or exhaust flap, you can tweak that in the app with sliders:
