    One is air charge temp before the intercooler (the higher temp one) and one is after the intercooler.

    That is very different as the core is ambient air to charge air. Ours is water to charge air. Our core sees zero ambient air.

    Pull the white clip up, this opens up the locking mechanism, then press the fitting in. Push white clip down and it locks it.

    The coolant does most of the cooling. My manifold is cool to the touch after a track session.
