That tire isn’t even on this list. Dunlop ZIII is a totally different tire than what you are referencing. It’s a old tech street tire.
We don’t get the tire you are referencing in the USA.
I don't have personal experience with RE71RS in the rain so I will leave that to someone else.
The Nankang CRS will get you to/from the track at full tread or close to full tread even in a monsoon but from personal experience, I had to have a couple whiskeys on arrival to calm my nerves.

It really depends on what you are expecting.
What to slam down some PB's and don't care about tire life or dying if it rains?

- Temp sensor at the MAF location right after the airbox
- Temp sensor on the MAP sensor on the chargepipe before the throttle body
- Temp sensor on the MAP sensor on the intake manifold post intercooler
The sensors being talked about in this thread are the second two above.
If I ever get a catback, it will most likely be the MAP. It's 3.5" the whole way like you stated, it looks stock from behind and it isn't gimmicky. I've used MAP products in the past on my Evos and customers Evos and overall they make great stuff.
Just to make sure we are on the right page. When you say efficiency do you mean the ability of the system to shed charge temp lap after lap?
To share some data around this. Here is my personal Supra with OEM heat exchanger and a Wagner intake manifold. Nine laps on track followed by a cool down...
