You don't like the "ink blot" look? ?
But, in all seriousness, you can buy the ugliest looking black wheel, nobody would really notice. That means you can buy something cheap and they also would not notice ?
Getting rid of the black, OEM wheels makes such a difference in how these cars look.
Probably because black wheels all essentially look the same so hard to appreciate the differences them.
Dang. I made 460whp on my Evo before running out of fuel. Would have make 500. Probably why I only owned a Subaru for about 6mos. ?
Different worlds, though.

I'll take a car with linear power and torque that produces a fat mid-range, on a road course, any day. I've had cars that rev to the moon and it's neat, but working to keep those RPM up wasn't always great .. and God forbid I come out of a turn at a speed I'm not geared for.
Fun, but slower
The best daily I've ever had was a 2012 Civic. It was cheap, got over 40 miles per gallon on the freeway, and was comfortable to drive. It was as reliable as you could possibly want, and did nothing wrong.
It got totaled on the freeway one day, and I made the mistake of not buying another. I...
I have this argument about once per week. The Internet swears by them and none of us with real-world experience can convince them otherwise.
"They work better then my street tires" is a good enough reason to use them, but it doesn't make them good.
My question is, how easy is it going to be to find replacement friction rings for these brake rotors along with hardware? I've seen too many people buy brake kits and not be able to maintain them.
I have a car that places your drinks behind your elbow. You may not hit it while shifting into 2nd or 4th, but have fun contorting yourself to reach it.
I have it even easier. I'm doing everything to make the car faster besides power mods. So no tuning, no caring what the car looks like.
Easier .. But probably more expensive. ?
