Except the failure was based on metal fatigue over time, caused by heat cycles and/or plenty of miles on rough roads.
Not accusing you personally of anything, but it's quite obvious an event with serious kinetic energy occurred in the corner in question. This didn't just randomly bend and...
You really hurt yourself by mentioning legal action prematurely, and the recall was for 09/2018 through 07/2019 build dates, but never applying to Supras.
What is that supposed to mean?
And @WITCH3R, that goes without saying, but yet, somehow the fluid always gets contaminated over time. Moisture will find a way in, come hell or high water. For example, both of my snowmobile's brake systems are damn well 'sealed' and still require fluid...
Mine was held up for 2.5 months because the front bumper cover was damaged and replaced. Luckily, my dealer was even able to describe the damage in detail, and I was fine with it in the end. Sh!t happens.
Not every six months, read closer. He said yours is due in roughly six months from now based on age of vehicle & fluid. Then every two years after that. Ten years of ownership equals five fluid flushes.
In my professional opinion:
Nothing to do with sales & profits, and everything to do with the increasing cost & complexity of ABS, TCS, VSC, EBD, BA (and so on) systems. These things are so precisely calibrated it isn't funny. Things like worn suspension bushings, dampers, or even different...
Replacement interval is 36 months and/or 30,000 miles. Then every 24 months and/or 20,000 miles thereafter. This is straight from Toyota.
I wonder if you didn't cook some of the brake fluid to the point of noticeable performance degradation. Also, now wondering how the vehicle's systems...
I can't be the only one that notices Doug's 'nose-to-extended-chin' ratio and the fact that he not only looks like Leno, he has the same vocal resonance!
It's best for the 38 seconds it's clean after you've spent an hour washing it...and it's best if you plan on wrapping or repainting the car a different color, because black doorjambs and engine bays look fine with ANY other color.
No OP, you're not the only one that noticed this.
My Titan doesn't burble as much as the stock pipe did either, however it's louder on really aggressive downshifts and high-RPM throttle lift off. I literally think it's an exhaust gas velocity thing; where the stock pipe flow/speed would make...
Honestly, the bare minimum of Paint Protection Film you should have applied, is on the front bumper cover and the fender section behind the front tires.
Also, WELCOME!
I'm a member of the Yellow Squad, and now that I know I'll be selling it for a 2023 MT in a different color, I'm realizing that I'll miss this car quite a bit. The yellow gets insane attention and compliments everywhere it goes!
Yeah, he edited it alright, to add the price...which I must say, seems like a very good price in this market, for a rather tastefully-modified MKV. I'd be all over it, but I kinda already have one, so..
OP, are you the original owner? @Vexeclipse2007
Also I just noticed the bumpers are sans...
