are you mad? the MKIV proto doesn't look as shitty as the MKV one, which should give you an idea of how terrible the design is, and i'm not complaining about the camo itself you shallow dumbass, i am talking about how shitty it will look even after they show the production version, get your head out of your ass and understand the points, and if you really think getting mad and bashing other people for having a different opinion and views is tearing their points down, you sir need to see somebody, because you can't be more self centered which i found it to be quite funny from people in this thread alright, you can't have your own opinion and if you did you're retarded lawl, this car will fail and you guys will be compassionate about it, and you're still stupid enough to think i'm only complaining about the wide body and those stupid things, i'm saying this whole design is a disaster, even with a wider body it will look ugly, take a look at an evo yes it does have a lot of power and capabilities, but when it comes to exterior, it's really nothing special at all, it's not a car i care about anyway and i only care about supra, which is why i can't get over this shit design, and i already said the MKV should look like something out of this world just like how the MKIV did when it first came out, take a look at the MKIII and the MKIV, yup, you can't, because MKIII was a total fail, but the MKIV was other worldly, and the MKV should have been the same thing, get that in your stupid limited imagining brain of yours.
No, but are you retarded? You still have no answered everyone's question. HOW DO YOU KNOW WHATS UNDER IT ALL? Do you work for Toyota or BMW? Can you see into the future? Yeah didn't think so. Feel free to have your opinions, but you are basing your opinion on a prototype that is covered up. You remind me of the idiots that called the LFA and LC prototypes ugly, uninspiring, boring and etc. Than the official unveiling took place and the haters shut up. You are also passing your opinion off as fact. Clearly you can't comprehend much. The MKIII was a fail? It was the best selling Supra ever! You are making blank statements based on nothing... Grow up...

Holy run-on sentences, Batman! Oh and congrats, you somehow managed to make HKz look like a gental, and level-headed lad in comparison.

Lmao. Ok lets agree that everyone have a right to their opinion. The difference between you and everyone here is how you word your sentences. You keep talking like you have seen the production car. If you use the right tone something as simple as "IMO these car would be ugly AF" no one would be coming at you this way. Matter of fact people would be interested in why you have that opinion and willing to converse with you. But when you come out like you stating facts....

Also the MKIV prototype is not a good example to compare this prototype with. Do you know how much has changed in the automotive world since that picture was taken. The way prototypes are disguised now cant be compared to how it was done in the 90s.

Then you also made mention of the car looking like its on Camry chassis ? And let me give you a benefit of the doubt and let's say this was true, so what is the role of BMW in this project again? (Test drive the Toyota camry coupe mule?)

Ok let me come and be going :drive:

This is one of my fears... on top of the AUTO only transmission.

The BMW Wheels are PCD 5x120....

Which means wheel selection from Japanese aftermarket wheels are already limited. 5x114.3 is what I was wishing for so that I could use a couple of my older Work wheels that I've kept from previous cars.

Dang, I didn't even think about that. 5x120 and lug bolts instead of lug studs, that would be a nightmare.

I don't think they are bench-marking the M2... in front of the 'Supra' is a Mercedes GL/ML(?) SUV... so to me it looks like they are just out on the same session.
Isn't that how they benchmark cars?

Looks like a mule is driving around Japan now

Thanks for sharing. So I guess the report of Toyota testing it on their own private track in Japan isn't too farfetch.

Anyone else notice the 603mm on the rear fender, and I can't make out what it says on the front, but I would assume it's something to do with the suspension?
The front of the Z4 also says 603. I'm assuming 17 is the wheel size? :dunno:
