Just stumbled upon an oil from liquimoly Toptec 6600 0w20 for those people who want to stick to oil specs recommended by Toyota. It's a BMW LL fe17+ approved oil

I agree.

After searching for C5, API SN Plus with LL approval rating, this is the one that seems to tick all the right boxes as an appropriate OEM replacement.

Can anyone see why or how this wouldn't meet OEM specifications?

I’ve used Red Line in my Porsche’s for years, it’s what I’ll use in my Supra after I get through the break in period.
