And brakes.Guys, this IS a real A-91 edition (I'm looking at the build sheet in TiS right now), however someone clearly swapped the wheels & seats. Stripe is missing on left rear because it was never replaced after the repair & repaint.
Sorry if my post came off as being accusatory, it was in fact meant to be the opposite. I was more so trying to explain why people may be asking questions about how and why things didn't seem quite right IF the car was in fact an A91, which it has now been proven that it is. Sorry again and good luck with your sale!It seems that people are trying to be the internet police and accuse others of not being honest when nothing has been lied about. You mention the interior trim color on the dash, if you want to inspect the salvage auctions pictures closely you will see the stitching was blue before my possession. Was the dash replaced? I doubt that. Were the seats replaced? Maybe? I couldn't say because I was not the original owner. Did they just dye the stitching blue? Also possible. Either way its not something I can say for sure and if the dash stitching being blue is a deal breaker for a potential buyer fair enough.
I am not sure why anyone would make an A91 clone but to each their own I suppose, they aren't necessarily any more valuable or sought after. A Launch edition sure but I have not seen anyone seeking a black a91 car just for some blue stitching and vinyl stickers but again that's just my opinion.
The brake calipers were painted Red yes, the non coated calipers are an eyesore. Seeing how 90%+ of Supras have red calipers I didn't know that was information that needed to be highlighted when selling the car. (You could also see the calipers weren't red in the picture I posted even)
I stated the driver quarter was partially painted and blended with the other panels and that is why the vinyl stickers were not reapplied before the photos were taken. There was a dent in the bottom corner, again I did not expect to highlight every dent or ding that was repaired, generally that is what the rebuilt title / rear end damage means. I stated there were no airbags deployed, no drivetrain issues, no suspension issues etc, the damages were cosmetic.
I also said there were a lot of missing pieces that I called the Bodyshop about in FL trying to see if they maybe had them there still so I didn't have to throw away $1,000 on the interior door panel alone or other parts that were not damaged.
The driver door has tape on the top because the window was not all the way up due to the door panel / window switches not being connected, the door mirror was missing, the door trim was missing on the exterior, that drivers rocker panel section was missing, there was 0 damage to these areas, someone had just pulled the parts for whatever reason. That drivers door doesn't even have a scratch on it. The only damaged areas as stated in the ad were the rear end (rear bumper cover, tail light, dents on sheet metal areas, dent on the muffler.
It’s priced high for a salvage title.

Ya so people have a lot of valid concerns, it looks like this car was pretty much robbed of a lot of the a91 stuff because airbags in the seats were blown and various other things, and they just sold the te's and put some regular 3.0 wheels, I mean listen, it is a low mileage car and it may have been repaired somewhat correctly, but things like the mismatched seats, wheels, stripes, are going to be pretty red flags to most people. In terms of pricing, a clean title 21 with 6k miles has a lower MMR then this. If you want realistic pricing? you are going to be in the mid 30's maybe high 30's if someone really wants a tunable 6 port.
well that would be the only reason the seats were swapped, and it is not just blue stitching, it is a whole different insert etc, but again these cars come with airbags in the seat, from the photos of the damage if that vin is correct then more then likely the seat airbags were blown and it is much cheaper and easier to find a set of normal premium seats then a91 seats, and ya the wheels are identical outside of color, I am just responding to your question about pricing, and providing context why I gave the price that I did it. you can easily find a clean title 22-23 for MSRP, and there are used 21's listed for sub 50k with sub 20k miles. Savlage normally retains about 50-60% of its value when fixed, right now supra's are still kinda of hot so some people can maybe get a little more, but again even with that said, the real number is in the mid 30's. Best of luck with sale OPBlown airbags in the seats? When did the car have any blown airbags?
The seats are the same seats as the premium black leather just with blue stitching.
Yes the black oem wheels look better imo but most people go aftermarket or you could just swap out for some oem black wheels.
I feel this is a bit blown out of proportion.
As for pricing I think roughly $7,000 less than other 2021 cars that have way more miles is a decent starting point, obviously it’s obo. Will drop the price as time goes on but I definitely will not be selling this car for mid 30’s lol.
I do appreciate your opinion though !
Wrong. The A-91 seats are a mixture of black Alacantara w/blue backing, with black leather bolsters & unique blue stitching. The seats are the same seats as the premium black leather just with blue stitching.

Are you missing the blue-stitched steering wheel & center console armrest too?
than likely, someone took the nicer seats and steering wheel out to sell or swap with someone and put the normal stuff in its place. Better than blown, but the same sentiment still stands, it is a story car, which for some people is perfect, and for others not so much. Someone will buy it, and at what price, well that I guess, is still up in the air, but it is a tunable 6 port with lower mileage, so that is a big plus.I bought the car from auction, the seat airbags were not blown.
$20,000 off of a $55,000 car is a bit excessive in my opinion.
I know you are just answering my question on your thoughts on sale price and I appreciate it. Hopefully the right person will come along for a reasonable price and have a great car for the price !
Ahh I did not know that ! I thought it was just the stitching. So it’s more of the base model alcantara seats with blue stitching for an A91?
There is also the center console rest and steering wheel having the blue stitching. OP, I think the main thing that had a lot of us playing detective is the fact that a lot of us here simply noticed a lot of things missing from what we thought was supposed to be an A91, but the only things you have left of an A91 is the passenger side quarter stripes and the blue stitched dashboard, which is obviously confusing. The seats, the steering wheel, the center console rest, it's all gone.I bought the car from auction, the seat airbags were not blown.

It has a salvage title, right?$20,000 off of a $55,000 car is a bit excessive in my opinion.
Here, I will answer my own question...It has a salvage title, right?
