My salesperson was Zach, and likewise, I can only say good things about everyone at Auburn.
I was actually going to use Imperial Works, but there was too much demand and waitlist for them and I didn’t feel comfortable with driving without ppf so I went with another installer. Glad to hear good things about them, I’ll probably use them in the future.
Ah gotcha, yeah - they're pretty backed up, but with an appointment, they're quick and efficient. They have also donated a lot of vehicle work to charity events, so it's also nice they're community focused with a huge sense of customer service and craftsmanship.

When I was at Auburn Toyota back in August trying to get on a list for an A91-MT, I saw this. I'm guessing it's your old Supra you traded in :).

Do you mind sharing which shop you go to? Just recently got mine ppfd but still need to get window tints/ceramic done

btw, I bought the phantom in Auburn from a post that you shared a while back
There was a A91-MT in Hoover for a bit, as well. I ALMOST pulled the trigger on it, but then realized that after trade in I'd be $15k short..... ? For some reason, I really overestimated the value of this M2 Comp.

Hello everyone, new member here. Like several other people on this forum Im on the list at LONGO Toyota (CA) for a A91-MT. I’ve confirmed with my salesman that I’m up next on the list for a CU later gray. Btw I’ve been on the list for more than a year ??‍♂.

With that said… does anyone here have any idea how many of these “special edition” supras get delivered to each dealership? I’m sure it obviously varies by dealership but I fear LONGO won’t get anymore since Toyota advertises only 500 of these. They’ve gotten a burnout that’s already been bought and a CU later gray that is in transit and already reserved. So that’s two that I know of. Per some other sales rep I spoke to, Toyota has made and allocated approximately 203 of the special edition supras throughout the states.

Does anyone have a clue how many special editions usually get allocated to a high volume dealership like Longo?
I think Longo already got their CU Later Gray (went to car show and talked to Longo sales guys). Assuming there are only 1000 of these special units, they should not get another CU Later Gray. Who is your sales guy, Jimmy?

There are only 500. Some in Burnout White. IMO, likely most of the CULs have been allocated.

dude i fkn love this color
looks matte in this lighting
has blueish tint on a cloudy day
glossy gray on a sunny day
metallic copper/goldish in direct sunlight
Your description of the various colors in different lighting is spot on. I’ve had mine for 4 days and today was the first day I drove it on a bright day. It looked glossy gray just as you described it rather than the bluish tint it had on the previous days when it was cloudy.

His name is Robert. I was under the impression that a high volume dealer like Longo would get at least a couple more special edition Supras.

if this is the case then I need to get off the list for the A91-Mt and hop on the regular premium 3.0 list. I’m essentially waiting for a car that isn’t coming in at this point.

Well you can still get on the regular list, just have to give another deposit. Don’t go off the list until it’s certain they won’t get another one

6K markup. Unless by prep fee they mean delivery / handling fee

Well, my trade-in value on the M2C is non-existent. For the time being, I am going to save money and wait for the standard A90-MT Premiums to open up for ordering.

That timeline seems feasible for saving some extra money and lining-up a better value on my trade-in.

I was curious how much my fully optioned out mustang would trade in for (56k msrp). Dealer offered 32k with 5k miles and said it was a great deal. Lol. Im keeping it ?
