Hello, when I press unlock button 2x on the key fob, both doors get unlocked (this is OK, as desired and set in settings) but at the same time, both windows start rolling down, they stop more or less in the middle (rolling down is not desired when pressing 2x unlock button). Function "hold unlock to roll windows down" is working properly, they roll up & down when pressing & holding key fob unlock/lock buttons. Maybe something has happened during pressing the unlock/lock button that is causing this situation. Anybody has experienced it before and can help?

Are you holding down the unlock button on the second tap or just double tapping it on the fob?

Isn't there a setting that a single tap will unlock both? I think that's the way mine is set up.

Yes there is, I just noticed that "comfort access" is not related to keyless access but to "rolling windows 3/4 down for more comfortable access" and this happens exactly when you press unlock button twice. Changing this in settings menu solved the problem, thank you.

In regards to this. I only have to tap once to unlock. If I have the unlock button down the windows go down. If I let go of the unlock button when the windows go down it will stop when I let go of the button.i can not get my windows to roll up however with the key fob. Any ideas?

You can try closing them via the door handle lock.

Yes I understand to hold and press the lock button on the fob. For some reason it will not work. The windows do not go up. I can unlock via the fob and hold the unlock button, the windows will go down no problem. Just won't go up via the lock button on the fob.

So my door handle lock does not work. It's a used 2020 LE, so I guess somethings are either broken/worn or needs fixing. The fob obviously works so that's what I have to use. I read there are 4 oscillator wires, 1 in each door rocker, 1 in the center console and 1 near the battery. Apparently if just one is loose or damaged it can cause this.

No, that's not what the manual says. The manual says lock the doors by pressing the button once. After the doors are locked, hold the button to close the windows.

Yes sir, that's what I did. Press once to lock and hold the lock button to close windows. Doesn't work at all. I can unlock and hold and the windows roll down no problem. Just can't get it to roll up.
