Trunk Button Release

I believe I am having the same issue on my 2021. I pulled up to the store, opened my door and hit the trunk release button. Went to the back and the hatch was popped up to be opened but wouldn’t release. It’s done this multiple times. It will release using the key but not with the door button

The thing I find annoying is... if you pop the rear hatch via the drivers door and then close the drivers door to walk back to open the hatch ... the hatch re-latches itself. This is due to the cabin air pressure suction change of shutting the door. Ugh.

So this might be stupid lol but every time I open the drivers door, the trunk opens ??‍ Anyone have a solution? I’ve checked the settings and can’t figure it out ??‍

after 10K miles, I don't have this issue anymore even with moderately slamming the door. ...I guess.. if it still happens to you, your car is still new? I ignored all the solution provided online..

I use black spong (6~7mm)and past it here,my english is not good,sorry.

If the sponges can not solve the problem,adjusting left side & right side knobs a little more, counterclockwise.
