I have an a90 and recently had a bad misfire. Went back to my local mechanic and was told this was due to running meth. Has anyone had these issues?

That diagnosis sounds really vague. Did the additional meth cause a problem in one of the cylinders? Did you just need new plugs or is there an internal issue with the engine?

I had the following codes 140510 combustion drop out; cylinder 5. Also had the rest 140009 and 14000A.
He checked the cylinder with the scope and notice that cylinder 5 was damaged.
Going forward I think I want to do away with meth and just do a turbo upgrade and bolt one.

No I’m planning on doing away with the bad motor and getting a another one and not run meth
expensive lesson.
Meth can be run safely, but the is a method, amount and systems.
