Ah, so essentially a CSL, GT4 or the upcoming GRMN version.

Porsche Clubsport's are not street legal. If you want radio delete, lightweight windows or any of those lightweight additions all through Exclusive Manufaktur, you might as well look towards Porsche or aftermarket for the Supra. Toyota won't offer anything like this from the factory. They never had and never will.

Lightweight plastic Euro Spec RS rear window. Not compatible with rear defroster.

A weight-saving piece which comes standard on Euro "RS" models, this is the light weight plexiglass rear window. It is approximately 6 lbs lighter than the standard glass. Fits all 2013-2019 911 Carrera Coupe models without a rear wiper (including GT3, RS, 911R, GTS, & standard 911 models).

Lightweight plastic Euro Spec RS rear side windows. Comes with the driver side and passenger side rear windows. Made of plastic, each window weighs under 2 lbs. A minor weight reduction over the stock windows. A drop-in replacement for your original windows, professional installation recommended. Fits all 2013-2019 911 Carrera coupe models (including GT3, RS, 911R, GTS, and standard 911). Intended for cars with black window trim (contact us if you want to convert from chrome style to black window surround trim). This is a race part intended for race cars, use at your own risk.
Minor modifications required for some models. Professional installation is recommended. Genuine Porsche Part
True but when I mentioned Clubsport I didn't necessarily mean by Porsche Motorsport racing division. Clubsport is a term for "track driving" Not full racing Competition aka Porsche Cup.
Now Toyota can do lexan rear and all the cool little light weight bits. Porsche isn't the only company to offer all this in their street cars. Camaro Z28 no radio, lightweight rear windows, no rear trunk carpeting, no sound deadening etc. Same goes for Mustang GT350R's. Going back to 2001 the Mustang Cobra R...street legal track car.. No AC, no radio, Recaro's, front diffuser, rear wing, lighter car, lighter wheels etc.
IT CAN BE DONE TOYOTA/BMW ;)

Ordered A91 edition Supra
Wouldn't the $200k GT4 already be the Clubsport version?

Think the GRMN will be the M3/4 version of the Supra. More aggressive looks and a more powerful engine than the regular 3/4 series. But inside not much different.

I hope they'll name it the 3000GT.

Gotcha. Why not just strip down your MKV in your avatar instead of hoping for a street/track that Toyota will never offer.

Sorry to burst your bubble but just because Ford n Chevy offer it doesn’t mean Toyota will. Not gonna happen.

Are all future Toyotas going to be hybrids? The new Venza and Sienna and hybrid only. I wonder if an "A100" will go down the same path.

Supra life cycle and mid-cycle refresh information

Does anyone know what the projected life cycle for this Supra is and when the mid-cycle refresh is expected? I read somewhere that production ends in 2026, but I cannot find the source.

Old article, but if that's still Toyota's plan then ending production of the A90 in 2025 makes sense.

Toyota says all its cars will have an electric or hybrid option by 2025

Tada said it could even be an EV.

"The A100 will come, one day, but the taste will probably be very different,” Tada-san replied, “It might be an EV, or autonomous, or like a Formula E car. Who knows. The A100 might take the Supra name in a drastically different direction. Definitely different from the lineage of the A70 and A80.”

The rumor we heard from the BMW insider was that there would be a B58 update which would include a 48v mild hybrid system. The update should hit the Supra during the 2023 mid cycle refresh. So it would be a hybrid in that sense.
