are the new 2021 and 2022 completely not tunable? Or just not yet?
Not yet. JB4 is a great option and can tune the car well (fight me). You can ship your ECU to Russia and get a one-time OTS flash, but you don't want to do that. We'll get an unlock soon. Newer BMWs are in the same boat, there's money to be made, it's just a waiting game for us.

Value wise, is getting the 2022 worth it? I don’t Plan on selling any time soon but it bothers me that the 2022 are getting delivered at the same time as the last 2021s. even though in end the 2022 would be worth more.

I don’t think there will be as big a difference between the 2021 and 2022, as there was between the 2020 and 2021, with the exception of the A91-CF edition. From what I’ve read.

I’m bias. I have red but even still I’ve never been a fan of grey cars, too boring for me. Don’t get me wrong, I think they look great either way.

yellow was my first choice, then I got impatient and went with my 2nd choice, RED.

The Supra is my first red car. It's one of the very few cars that I think looks fantastic in red.

Having seen it only in pictures, at first I was going to order a white one but last minute I changed my mind to red.
In the end I ended up getting the car from a different dealership but I'm so happy the one available was red. Now that I've seen it live in most its colors, red is definitely one if my favorites and would pick it again.

2021s are tunable IF the ECUs are dated before June 2020, which is unlikely if yours is just in transit.

As for colors, you can't go wrong with either. Some 2022 trims have a red interior option in addition to the default black, but other than that, I can't really think of any changes between the model years.

All colors look great in person. The pictures don’t do them justice. I’ve yet to see one I didn’t like. Not enough difference between 2021 and 2022.

Go with the color that makes you feel like this. ??

Na - these are probably going to depreciate like everything else. Don't plan on the 2022 being the investment. If -anything-, which I doubt, it's the 2020s that are going to be worth more. ĀÆ\_(惄)_/ĀÆ

LEs and Downshift Blue. But the first year MY of the relaunch will be worth "something" to collectors, possibly. I wasn't referring to the unlockability.
