This will work. He did the video based on my early post (#15 in this forum) of using bimmercode. People started messaging me crazily about it. Multiple people have done the Auto S/S Memory and Screen Brightness change and they have all said it worked for them.

According to the video it's listed under the headunit category on bimmercode. I get my OBDLink MX+ tomorrow as my friends OBD tool was not compatible. So can try this after i receive it.

I activated the Video in motion, Video Via USB and followed the apps procedures but can't seem to get it to work. My phone wont let me connect to screen mirroring either so let me know if you're able to get it to work.

Look at my post in this forum. Post #15. Make sure to do the step after coding. I have always had to do one retry to get it to show the cdmm speedlock.

There is a stage that I was able to do with my JCW that I cannot find on the Supra for ViM it tells me to go to setting or location and the Supra just does not have it. the guy who said he did it never replied when I asked how he moved past that stage.

The issue I'm having is connecting to screen mirroring. I'm not sure if it's my phone but I cant find my car within screen mirroring besides my neighbors Apple TV.

doesn’t work with you tube. I will load something on VLC on my iPhone and try tomorrow. Might also load some videos on a usb as well. Would love to test this out to see what works and doesn’t.

I don't think there is enough room in the Supra to make that happen for the seats to go that far back.

Someone I contacted in a Supra FB group said the only way he can screen mirror VIM is when using a android...the iPhone doesn’t seem to work.

(I have iPhone and have activated VIM but have yet to get any videos to play....when I try to screen mirror, I am unsuccessful.)

edit: yes I did the 2-part activation process
