Hey guys, just curious whether the”A” Pillars have paint and clear coat on them or are they just molded with shiny black plastic,

Has anyone attempted to remove swirl-mark light scratches from the "A" pillars? If yes, what product do you recommend?
It depends on how much swirl marks you have. I used a white lake country pad and perfect finish, my car is new though. Be sure to tape up the rubber trim that is next to the side glass.

I would suggest using a non-abrasive 3M polish (such as Finesse it then Imperial Hand glaze).

I had mine wrapped on ppf so they stay swirl free and maintenance free.

I started with an orange polishing pad and chemical guys polish, and finished it with a black pad and the same polish. The orange pad provided enough cut to remove most of the swirls and the black pad added some nice depth. Ceramic coated after that and haven't had issues since.

Has anyone wrapped the a pillar satin/matte black? I've been back and fourth to wrap my roof gloss or satin black and possibly would like to match the A-pillar if i do Satin/Matte. (Not trying to hijack the thread)

You can use paint correction polish. I fixed dealer installed swirls on that A-pillar using Meguiar's ScratchX on orange pad, moderate speed, moderate pressure on my 3" RO.

I see "A" pillars
And I want them painted black
No colors anymore
I want them to turn black

Maybe then, I'll fade away
And not have to face the facts
It's not easy facing up
When your "A" pillars aren't painted black

Supra go
And look brand new.

I could not foresee
This thing
Happening to you.

The A-Pillars are molded plastic and easily scratch....I would go ahead and PPF the A-pillars which will also hide existing fine scratches and swirl marks....2.5 years later and mine still look flawless...
