Not my car but my girls G42 with 35k (purchased around 30). Inactive burn time too short code on cyl 4 but obvious misfire/hesitation on acceleration. #4 is first pic, 1&6 look like the second. The rest were anywhere in between the two. My supras electrodes at 27k looked almost new in comparison. I put those in hers since i still had them. Only thing done to her engine is catless DP and dinan intake. Doesn’t really get beat on compared to my car.

Is this normal EOL plug behavior for b58 or should we be tuning / having other things checked?
Will be ordering fresh ones as well.

I mean, You checked yours and it didn't look like that, so you got your answer right there. Tell her to stop putting in dogshit fuel and run fuel additives so it doesn't happen again.
Doubt its fuel we get the same stuff, only really put about 2k on that car too.

Shitty oil, too much PCV vapor or previous owner swapped plugs and sold it........ I dunno.
Dump oil, swap to 5w40, run fuel injector cleaner, and fuel additives.

Are your gf's used plugs oem/longlife line or performance/racing line? The tip diameter on the racing ones are much smaller and will burn up like that much quicker.

Fit new plugs from a whomever your favourite supplier is but check they are genuine plugs and not cheap fakes and keep an eye on them for a while. Research the internet as fakes are very common now and behave exactly as shown.
