Picking up claybar a little later and will make my last attempt today. If it doesn't work, i'll try again tomorrow. This button is going to come out!
I just did my start button today also. Tried to use 3m tape at first until I found a 15 year old clay bar in my basement and it worked.

^ That button looks better than the red one I installed.. Where did you get it?

I used a clay-like adhesive snot looking thing to pull out my button. After I pulled it off, I kept it in a jar for next time..

I got that same exact button I've been trying to install for a week. Tried putty... didn't work. 3m double sided tape, no go. I was considering super gluing a small bottle to it as a last resort and just yanking it out that way. Figure I won't need the stock button for anything anyway.

Mine was very stubborn to remove too. And after all the work swapping to the red button I was like 'I spent all this energy (and risking people hearing repeated profanity in various accents and languages) for this?'

I even thought the YouTube video was a joke to laugh at dumb suckers like me trying it.

I was not very pleased with the outcome as I thought the factory button actually looked better in person.

I like the one cntrvslbrs has a lot better so hope to try that next.

Other crystal versions here on alibaba, eBay and Amazon.

quick video for those having a hard time. After letting it set, it’s almost a quick, violent pull to get the button off
